We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we have a straightforward cancellation process to ensure a smooth shopping experience. By placing an order on the Veelasa Decor website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes. You can cancel your order before it has been shipped, and you will receive a full refund of the order amount.

If your order has already been shipped but has not yet been delivered, you may refuse the delivery and inform us via email. Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the necessary quality checks, your refund will be initiated.

Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been delivered. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To cancel your order:
. Log in to your Veelasa Decor account.
. Go to My Orders.
. Select the order you wish to cancel.
. Click View Details.
.Click the Cancel option available for eligible items.
.Select the reason for cancellation and confirm your request.
Our team will process your cancellation request as quickly as possible.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A CANCELLATION?
Once your cancellation request is approved, refunds are generally processed within 7-14 business days.
If the order has already been shipped, the cancellation request will no longer be applicable. You may
refuse delivery or request a return after receiving the product, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

WHY IS THE "CANCEL" OPTION NOT AVAILABLE?
The Cancel option may not be available if:
. The order has already been shipped.
. The item is part of a combined shipment.
. The product is not eligible for cancellation under our policy.
